Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
Delivery fees for returns or exchanges are covered by the customer (unless we sent a defective or incorrect item—then it’s on us!).
Returns and exchanges are only available within Cairo/Giza. We unfortunately cannot offer them for orders delivered to other governorates.
Please note that items bought during a sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item back.
